Little Shop of Horrors

"Welcome to Skid Row!" The production of Little Shop of Horrors was out of this world. As a production team, production value is growing within the department by leaps and bounds.

One major accomplishment in the 2024-2025 season was the use of a student orchestra playing the entire score, live. In fact, we were nominated for "Best Student Orchestra" by the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) Marquee Awards. Additionally, we also received nominations for "Best Technical Execution," "Best Male Lead," and two for "Best Supporting Role."

This show was fun to produce and definitely had the "wow" factor - especially when the 20-foot exterior shop wall rose up, revealing the man-eating plant from another world planning world conquest.
